Hello Guild members! During lunch on March 1st in E:A, it's time for us to try out a new concept -- namely, volunteer training! The board and other committee heads will present who we are and what we do, the benefits and responsibilities of being an volunteer, and other practical information that may be good to know! We have chosen to make the training mandatory for core positions* and positions elected at guild meetings (even if you have been a volunteer before!), but we would like as many people as possible beyond these positions to attend! If you are unable to participate, you will have to complete a supplementary session or form; more information about that will be provided later to those affected. The 23rd of february, at 12-13 in E:A, we will have an informational presentation of the mentor role. This presentation will be held in swedish. We will also have a separate presentation in english, this will be held in a 33-room (the top floor on the east side of the E-building) on the 26th of february at 12-13. Note! This is the real registration as the earlier forms was merely a registration of interest. Not a lot of time remains until Greekend, the guild's own lan-party! Thursday the 22/2 it's time for the first Stekar-lunch! Unlike how it worked before, Stekarna will instead offer a freshly prepared lunch instead of lunch boxes.
