Hello dearest guild!
It’s finally time for this year’s first guild meeting - VTM 🌟 The meeting will be held on Monday, March 30th in E:A (with Tuesday, March 31st as the adjournment day), and you can find the full notice HERE!
The guild meeting is the guild’s highest decision-making body, and all regular members of the D-guild have the right to vote and speak. If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting, feel free to contact me at ordforande@dsek.se or talman@dsek.se!
In addition to deciding on various matters, the meeting will also elect the following officers:
- The Project Manager of Teknikfokus
- Head of the Anniversary Committee
- Head of the Nomination Committee
- Members of the Nomination Committee
- Head of the Thanksgiving Committee(for the autumn term)
You are also warmly welcome to submit a motion for the meeting if there’s something specific you want to address. Please email your motion to ordforande@dsek.se by March 16! Information about free food will be available soon on the website.
