Hello dearest guild!
In just 3 weeks, it’s finally time for the first guild meeting of the autumn term - HTM1 🪩 The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6th in E:A (with Wednesday, October 7th as the adjournment day), and you can find the full notice HERE!
The guild meeting is the guild’s highest decision-making body, and all regular members of the D-guild have the right to vote and speak. If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting, feel free to contact me at ordforande@dsek.se or talman@dsek.se!
In addition to deciding on various matters, the meeting will also elect the following officers:
- Member of the Nomination Committee from the first year
- Head of Student Well-being
- Head of the Introductions Committee
You are also warmly welcome to submit a motion for the meeting if there’s something specific you want to address. Please email your motion to ordforande@dsek.se by September 22nd!
Is there something you would like to change or develop within the guild, but you’re unsure how to write a motion? Then you’re in luck, because this Thursday from 17–20, the Board together with The Strategic Committee will be hosting a motion-writing workshop! Whether you want help formulating your motion, finding the right template, or simply understanding how the process works, you’re more than welcome to stop by Shäraton and we’ll help you as best we can.
