Hello dear guild! I hereby call D-guild's Fall semester meeting two. Time: Monday, December 4 at 5:15 p.m Place: The meeting will be held in E:A Adjournment day: Tuesday, December 5 at 5:15 p.m During HTM2, the section also makes decisions about the business plan and budget for next financial year. Food will be offered for this meeting. More information about this will appear on the website: dsek.se! You can also submit a motion if there is something specific you want to bring up at the meeting. You can do this either by emailing your motion to ordforande@dsek.se. The last day to send in motions to the guild meeting is two weeks before, on Monday November 20th. If the meeting is adjourned, it can be resumed the following day (Wednesday 5/12) in E:A. Hej allihopa, äntligen har ansökan för resterande poster i trivselrådet öppnat! Detta gäller posterna: likabehandlingsombud, studerandeskyddsombud och världsmästare. Alla med mandatperiod under kalenderåret 2024. Ansökan är öppen fram till och med söndag, 12/11, klocka 23:59. Det officiella valet kommer sedan att göras under HTM2, vilket är den 4/12. Nu öppnar nomineringen till (nya posten) Tackmästare som väljs in på HTM2 (den 4/12)! Nomineringen kommer att vara öppen fram till 23:59 på nästa vecka söndag (19/11), och sker genom https://link.dsek.se/ansokHTM2. Nominering sker anonymt och det kommer att gå att se nominerade till posten i “Offentlig nomineringslista HTM2” i mappen https://link.dsek.se/mappHTM2. I mappen går även att se kravprofilen för posten (men finns också på hemsidan https://www.dsek.se/documents/kravprofiler). Det kommer att gå att läsa detaljerad postbeskrivning i reglementet (https://www.dsek.se/reglemente) om beslutet om stydokumentsändringarna från HTM1 går igenom på HTM-val. Det som kommer föras in (och det som är postbeskrivning) är följande: Tackmästaren ansvarar för att leda Tackmästeriet. Tackmästarens åligganden är: att välja in Tackmästerister att leda och fördela arbetet inom utskottet att tillsammans med utskottet planera och genomföra sektionsgemensamma tackevenemang att presentera en plan och budget för tacket till styrelsen Posten kommer ha mandatperioden 1/1-30/6 2024. Posten kommer att valberedas enligt våra styrdokument (reglementet, Policy för Val och Policy för Valberedningens arbete) och genom personintervjuer. Intervjuerna kommer ske mellan 20/11 till 26/11. Vi i valberedningen planerar även att ta anonym feedback på valprocessen från alla intervjuade. Så om du blir intervjuad, var förberedd på att fylla i en anonym enkät för att förbättra kommande valprocesser. Hello! In the autumn darkness now when all the exams are done and the new courses are underway, there is no better way to recharge than with some running! So, I will be leading running sessions on Mondays, starting today! The sessions are beginner-friendly and suitable for both experienced runners and those who haven't run at all! We will meet outside the E-building at 17:15 and will run for a maximum of 1 hour! 🏃🏃‍♀️

During the sewing night on Monday 6/11 the D-shopen will be open in iDét! Everyone from the D-guild are welcome to come and buy merch and patches, whether you want to join the sewing night or not. The D-shop will be open from 17:15 🥰🥰

Link to event Geekend is the D-guilds own LAN party! For one weekend we'll fill the cellar of the E-house with anything from VR to movies to games and other fun activities. Bring your own computer (even if it's a desktop! We offer transportation!) and come down to iDét November 10-12! We'll also be organizing tournaments in Smash Bros and Beat Saber, wouldn't want to miss that! If you don't have your own computer, or just don’t feel like playing computer games, no worries! There will be plenty of other things to do. Why not try our VR setup, play on our Switch, play dart or ping pong, try all our board games, practice your coding, or get a group and bake some delicious brownies? So, whatever you wanna do, with a group or by yourself, come to iDét and let's have an awesome time together! Feel free to come and go whenever you want! Would you rather spend the weekend coding with our web committee? If you're interested in helping us improve the guild webpage DWWW will be hosting a hackathon during Geekend. They'll be rewriting our webpage into the more modern framework Svelte! It's a perfect opportunity for those of you looking to try out a real web development project.
