The board would like to inform you that there have been thefts in the E-house recently. We urge you not to leave valuables unattended.

This is especially important when leaving things in group rooms, which do not have any types of locks. Leaving things in locked premises, such as computer rooms, is also not a guarantee that theft will not occur.

Hello everyone! Next week is exam week, so this will probably be my last newsletter for the semester!

This week, there aren't many events, but still some news!

First point: D-CHIPS mentoring program! Do you want to help D-chip welcome its new members in the fall?

We at D-chip are currently looking for mentors for our mentoring program, which will start in the fall when all the new freshmen begin. The purpose of the mentoring program is, among other things, to encourage more girls and non-binary individuals to stay in D and C, and provide support and a good connection for the new students. As a mentor, you will be paired with 1-2 microchips (the new freshmen) at the beginning of the fall semester. The idea is that you will meet with your pair a few times during the semester, and you can decide when.

There won't be many events during the fall semester, so it's possible to combine being a mentor with other possible engagements.

D-chip will organize an event as a conclusion to the entire mentoring program, where everyone who participated will be invited. Sign up here!

D-Chip is not the only one with a mentoring program! NärU is in the process of planning their own mentoring program for the students here at D-sek, but they need your help! "Hello D-sek! Teknikfokus may be far in the future, buuuuut we need you already! Registration for the Teknikfokus 2024 project group is finally open! Whatever you enjoy doing, we most likely have a position in the project group that suits you perfectly. Maybe you want to plan the coolest banquet of the year, find even more companies to come to the fair, or have an excuse to code more by developing our fantastic website. Hej allesammans! SRD fixar pluggkväll igen måndagen den 22/5, denna gången tillsammans med SRE! Det kommer att erbjudas 80 portioner mat, och formuläret är först till kvarn! Som vanligt så kommer formuläret att stängas när 80 personer fyllt i, men kom gärna förbi ändå, för det kanske finns mat över. Den kommer att serveras efter 17 i Edekvata. Som vanligt får man gärna sitta och plugga i iDét, men man kommer även att kunna sitta i FikaFika, 1123/24/44/45/47/49.

Hello everybody! SRD arranges study night again on Monday 22/5, this time together with SRE! There will be 80 servings of food on offer, and the form is first come, first served! As usual, the form will be closed when 80 people have filled in, but feel free to stop by anyway, because there may be food left over. It will be served after 5 pm in Edekvata. As usual, you are welcome to sit and study in iDét, but you will also be able to sit in FikaFika, 1123/24/44/45/47/49.
