Join the DWWW Week!

Another post about applying to become a DWWW-member will soon be out.

Have you ever wondered how a website is built? How do databases work? And what is a framework?

From January 17th to 22nd, the Communications Committee will host the DWWW Week, where you'll receive an introduction to web programming by learning how to build a website from scratch. Here's an overview of the schedule:

• Wed, Jan 17, 17:15 – Building a simple website
• Thu, Jan 18, 17:15 – Scripts and components
• Fri, Jan 19, 17:15 – More pages and databases
• Sat, Jan 20, 13:00 – Release and login
• Mon, Jan 22, 17:15 – App for iOS and Android

Note: the introductory presentation and "code-along" during the event will be held in Swedish, but you're more than welcome to attend and ask questions in English.

We'll also treat you to grilled sandwiches! Please fill out the food form so we have an idea of how many to expect.
