CPU Week is for those who are curious about what CPU does. Every evening, we’ll start with a short overview of something CPU is working on, followed by hands-on activities where you’ll get to contribute to CPU and learn a lot along the way. By the end of the week, something you’ve coded might even be running on one of our services!

From Monday to Friday, the focus will be on website development, while Saturday and Sunday will be dedicated to other parts of CPU, for example our servers.

I don’t know much, can I still join?
Absolutely! The whole point of CPU is to have fun together and learn something new. CPU Week is especially aimed at those who are curious about CPU and want to learn how to contribute to the section’s systems.

Do I need to come every evening?
No! You can join as many or as few evenings as you like — we’ll help you get started whenever you come.

Join in for some football with our very own football team, DICK! We play every Sunday at Smörlyckan, and everyone is warmly welcome, no matter how much football you've played before! You can expect some exercise, a good hangout, and nice vibes! See you there!!!! 🤏⚽

Have you ever wondered how a website is really built, what happens behind the scenes in a system, or how a server is kept running? During CPU evenings, you get the chance to explore this along with other students. We work on various small projects where you can try out all sorts of techy stuff —from simple web design to system configuration and firewall rules.

It doesn't matter if you have no previous experience, EVERYONE who is curious is welcome. We treat everyone who joins and works to food. Food registration takes place on Discord in #cpu-allmänt.

Come and play floorball with AktU! We start at 7:00 PM and play until 8:00 PM. We’ll be in the Kårhuset floorball hall — if you don’t know where that is, we meet outside the Kårhuset entrance at 7:00 PM and we’ll walk there together.

Write a fun feature for the next edition of README, work on the website with DWWW, design a poster or edit the next guild blockbuster!

Everyone is welcome! And if you join and work, you'll get free food 🍝

Come and join AktUs' weekly run! We run 5 km starting from the E-building entrance at 5:30 PM. We keep a relaxed pace, focusing on exercising and having a good time together!

If there's interest, the route can be extended to 10 km for those who want, or we can finish with a group stretching session.

SRD or the Student Council gathers students' voices and represent them to the school to ensure the education maintains high quality. We have fika and a meeting beverage for everyone who shows up :)

Come to fixarkväll! We have free toast and drinks!

On fixarkvällar we usually repair stuff that's broken, do projects that improves iDét, clean, and have fun! If you have any ideas on how to improve iDèt, come and do them!

We have a standing reservation for some courts at Victoriastadion! Rackets and balls are available to borrow, and no advance registration is required.
